active, Bartolinis, in great condition, some minor play wear but no cracks, breaks, repairs, deep scratches, buckle rash, huge dings, mods, etc...looks new from 3 feet away. Neck is very straight, all electronics work fine, very minimal wear on orig frets. Beautiful deluxe
quilted maple over ash. Original lakland case in great shape too, all hinges and latches work fine. Some one wrote the name of the bass on the side of the case...see pic, probably when I bought it from store, can probably be cleaned off, I never tried.
also, the former player must have had an unusual playing style as the bridge pickup is worn some under the strings but nothing is broken or cracked and it doesnt affect the sound. lightweight at 8.8 lbs. booming sound. more hi res pics can be seen at
