I've closed the old thread and reposting this bass for sale. I'm asking $1900, OR best offer! Don't miss your opportunity for this one of a kind bass.
This custom 6-string Linc Luthier bass was my first major custom build (I didn't think a Carvin I had before it would count as custom), ordered in 1996 as a graduation present from high school. I didn't get it until 1998!
Here are the specs:
Figured (Quilted/Curly) Maple top
Bubinga back
3-piece Purpleheart/Zebrawood/Purpleheart neck
Macassar Ebony fingerboard with custom large wooden dot inlays
1" Padouk stripes flanking neck (visible on top only)

Custom Lane Poor pickups--wide aperature neck and humbucker bridge

Here are some pics, I can take more if necessary.
On the right, from the Linc CD-ROM catalog:
She's a little neck heavy, but the neck feels amazing and it plays GREAT! There is tons of high-end, it's very warm sounding. It's very unique!

It is in mint condition!
