This is a
MINT Condition Fender Factory Special Run made in 2002-03. Fender made 500 of each color CAR, White, and LPB. They were destined for the overseas market so they don't say made in the USA, but you can check with Fender about MIA authenticity (I did).
Some of my favorite details about this bass.
Bound and blocked in a beautiful lake placid blue.
Comes with case candy.
My FAVORITE thing about this bass is the period correct Serif "Jazz Bass" logo which you won't find on today's Mexican made basses or even the current USA 75' Jazz!!!
Only getting rid of it cuz I am fickle and looking for something different esthetically. Sorry, not interested in trades.
