With much sadness, I offer my Mike Lull Modern 5 up for sale. This is not an ordinary Modern 5!

• Ash body, exhibition quilted maple top
• NEW NECK (as of 1/2009)! The original neck was damaged so I authorized Mike Lull to build a new factory neck – with Mike Lull specs, a better truss rod than the original AND it’s Plek’d! http://www.plek.com/en_US/home/
• NEW (as of 10/2008) Duncan pickups (These were ordered from Lull - they are factory spec, not after-market!)
• NEW (as of 10/2008) Audere 4-band preamp with Z-mode capabilities
• NEW (as of 1/2009) Mike Lull gig bag

So really, the only original parts of this bass is the body, bridge, and tuners. Everything else is very recent! (A couple dings on the body only)

What does it sound like? The Duncans give it a super, slightly aggressive Jazz tone. The Audere, with the true 4-band and Z-mode switch get you any tone you want! Extremely versatile instrument!

To answer your questions.......

1. Yes, definitely has growl.
