FS : Marcus Miller Fender Jazz Bass

Hey Everyone,

I selling a Marcus Miller Signature Series Fender Jazz Bass. I have been the only owner, and have rarely played it. Basically this guitar is new with regards to condition, there is not a single scratch, scuff, or belt rash at all on this bass.

This is a great bass, I just don't use it enough to justify keeping it around, so I wanted to pass it on to someone else that might take advantage of it more.

It has been kept in a smoke free house and maintained properly. I am selling it with a standard gig bag. I posted this before, but the buyer backed out. The serial number on this bass indicates it is a 2007. This was purchased from Fender in December of 2007.

Additionally, I just wanted to specify that this is not a blemished unit... I have seen a lot of these basses floating around the internet on ebay and such as blemished units. Some are listed as blemished and others just have the ending numbers of the serial scratched off. Many of the blemished units out there for sale have mis-stained wood on the body. So I wanted to clarify, this is not a blemished unit, it was purchased new from fender and is in mint condition.

Please feel free to ask questions or make reasonable offers. Considering this bass sells new for around $1199.

PRICE REDUCED!!! I am asking $850.

Thanks in advance for your interest.

Yea, for sure. I really love this bass but like many others I currently have to many basses LOL, and just don't play this as much as my others.

It has an amazing sound and action, fun bass to play for funk, jazz, rock.... really whatever.

Sells new for $1200.... Great deal for any player!!

Asking Price: $850 OBO

I agree. I owned one briefly and it had the best playing neck I've ever played. Was just too heavy (14lbs) so it had to go!
