Ibanez SR496 with EMG pickups. Comes in a very used, but usable, Peavey case. $425 shipped to lower 48.

String spacing is 17mm.


As far as trades go, flashlights are good. Surefire stuff. Anything with LEDs in them. I'm kinda getting into target shooting, though I'm not sure how one would trade anything of that nature I just ask that whatever you are wanting to trade is in very good-new condition. Tuesday morning bump. I'm starting to be more interested in just For Sale. I'm in extreme contemplation mode right now on the trade offers.

Reason being, I got this bass from a member of this board, thinking that the tone would work for me. Where I play, I play through a sound system, and though this bass would probably sound great throught the right bass cabinet, it doesn't have enough lows for the boards I play through. Who I bought it from assured me of it's tone, but I think his idea of lows isn't what MY idea of lows are. Anyway, I'm not sure I'm interested in BASS trades at this time because I really have no way of knowing if the tone is what I'm looking for.

So for trades, if you have something that of interest, such as listed on the first post, feel free to PM.

The bass is very nice, actually. It has a clear tone and great punch, and many people love such sound, but not me.

*updated to add* If you know of any appropriate and legal ways of sending .22lr and/or 9mm ammo through the mail, then that would be a good trade. Night vision stuff. . . . Green lazers, . . . . . really good 1" ring scope. . . . AR-15 complete upper receiver. . . .

A long shot, but if someone has a Leupold rifle scope (or something equally as high in quality) up to 14 power, that would be a good trade.

Thanks for the PM offers. Just an FYI. I had a couple of people who wanted to trade bass amplification equipement. I appreciated the offer but told them that I don't have any need for such things since I only play through as sound system.
