FS: Mid 70s Ovation Magnum I, '84 Ibanez Destroyer

I got these two guys a few months back, both are awesome but im trying to move some gear for a bigger purchase. Info on both:

Mid 70s Ovation Magnum 1: these things were made from 74-79, ive had trouble getting an exact date based on the serial number (B 4754) but its somewhere in that time frame. Bass is in good working condition, has the usual scuffs and dings on the body but nothing too bad. The top of the headstock had a chunk taken out of it that was glued back on awhile ago, and its purely a cosmetic thing but its probably the only really visible blemish on this guy. There was a small chip on the side of the fretboard that somebody glued back on probably around the same time as the headstock, really minor tho. Neither of those blemishes are pictured, if youre interested i can snap some shots for you. The selector switch is missing the original rubber top, but this is a 50 cent fix. Shes a player but she sounds huge and is definitely a fun piece.

these things have a really wide price range on ebay, good shape ive seen them go as high as $1200. one ended on ebay today for $750+shipping, so with the headstock repair and general dings on this guy im looking for $650 obo + shipping.___ SOLD ___



1984 Ibanez Destroyer: Pretty cool 80s ibanez bass, their version of the explorer. this is the P/J configured one, all black with cream/yellow pickups, and its a 32 inch scale. All original to my knowledge, just looks like she was someones favorite axe for most of the 80s! Shes a player as well, tons of nicks and dings everywhere and one piece of the binding cracked off on the bottom of the body. I've never seen a Destroyer with binding. Mine did not have it but it was a later model. Nice!

she aint light, but i dont know the exact weight at the moment. i can weigh her and get back to ya. she aint as heavy as my gibson artist tho! haha

edit: just for reference, one of the last ones that sold on here weighed 10.2 pounds. so id imagine being the same model shes in that range.
