FS: Mike Lull P4 (Gorgeous, Mint)

Here I go again. Went back and forth the last two weeks on selling this great bass, but now I've bought bpwb's Roscoe LG-3000 and must say goodbye to my Mike Lull P4.

I bought this wonderful bass (serial # 1395) from the original owner, less than a year ago. He ordered it from Mike Lull Custom Guitars 1-2 years before that. The bass is in near-perfect condition. (There's a few microscopic belt-buckle scratches on the rear and a minuscule, colorless impression on the body near one of the pickups -- these won't show up in photos and were visible to me only after several minutes of close inspection in various lighting. Any discolorations in the photos are shadows. This bass is mint.)

The bass has been lovingly cared for and kept in a smoke-free home. It's been gigged just a few times, with outstanding results. This is a profoundly comfortable bass to play. I don’t know the exact weight, but I’m certain it’s between 7.5 and 8.0 pounds. It’s the lightest full-bodied bass I’ve ever played or held. This Mike Lull P4 is 1 ¾” wide at the nut, but the neck is very flat. A fast neck that’s pleasant to play.

The bass, equipped with Lindy Fralin pickups, puts out a full, deep, sweet sound. Like all recent model Mike Lull basses, this one was PLEK’d. The bass has new Rotosound Swing Bass 66 SS strings.

I will sell for $1,400$1,350 including UPS shipping, in a Fender gig bag and very well packed! (Continental 48 only. Payment thru PayPal) Please no trade proposals... I think this is a fantastic price, don't you?

I would sell both basses for $3,100 shipped... I'd also consider trades for certain Fender Jazz, Lakland or Gretsch basses if it meant at least $1,600 in cash for me. So, for example, $1,800 in cash and a bass worth $1,300 from you; the Sadowsky and the Mike Lull from me, you get the picture.
