Price Reduced $1500
*Sigh* I've been going back and forth on this one for some time but I've finally decided to sell my 2009 Jetglo Rickenbacker 4003. It just isn't getting any use and its too nice (and expensive) a bass to be sitting around collecting dust. I am asking $1500 + shipping. I am only looking to sell in the continental US. Sorry for international buyers but its just too difficult to arrange an international sale.
This bass is basically mint. It could almost pass as new. Its never been gigged. Frankly its barely been played. The bridge pickup cover has been removed (but is included in the case and can very easily be re-installed). It weights 9.8 pounds.
It has the "push/pull" pot to switch between vintage & modern sounds (basically bypassing or not bypassing the capacitor that cuts the bass on the bridge pickup).
There are only two minor blemishes. There is a little "smudge" in the finish on the back/middle of the neck. This was on the bass right when new. There is also a little tiny chip on the head stock - right in the corner. I tried to capture each in one of the photos below.
It includes the original hard shell case.
No trades, the only reason I'm selling is because I just have too many basses lying around. Any questions please don't hesitate to let me know.
