FS - MM Stingray 4 - Early '90s

I am in the process of gathering funds for an upright bass and I need to clear out some equipment. No trades please.

Here, I am selling an EB Music Man Stingray 4 String. I believe the year is either 1993 or 1994 and I have had the instrument since 1996. It is in fantastic shape, probably a 9 out of 10. It has 2 small blemishes on the underside. I took a photo of one, the other is much less visible. The bass has the original style bridge with string mutes, the body is White w/ White pick guard, dark rosewood fingerboard and flame/birdseye maple neck. It has the classic MM sound. Check out the sound samples (see attachments on bottom.) Each sample was created completely dry into RiffworksT4.

It also comes with a soft MM case. I have a fender hardshell case that I can use for shipping if needed.

The asking price is SOLD - plush shipping in the CONUS only. Payment by US Postal money order.

That's a great sounding Ray for an exceptional price! Nice playing, too. What strings are you using? I have Slinkys on my '99 Ray. It sounds almost exactly the same.

Has the paint faded to the point that the color under the pickguard isn't quite the same as the rest? In other words, if her new owner wanted to remove the pickguard, would there be an obvious color problem?

Sorry about that Craig, but no need for the sarcasm. I have had to do most of this deal from the road on my phone.

The strings are DR HiBeams, medium guage.
