Im selling all but 1 of my basses unfortunately. I am a 1 bass man it seems

First up:
1997 Modulus Quantum 5 Sweet Spot $1250 SOLD

Beautiful and basically dead mint for its age. I will literally have to go over this again VERY closely to find anything wrong.

Stealth, all black with an EMG DC40 and a 2 band EMG preamp. Included is the original hardshell case which is in solid shape with the exception of 2 of the little feet are sort of pushed in. I just took the strings off a little while ago to put a new set on and I will put up some better pics soon, with strings.

The action is really low and the neck is perfect.

Second:
1983 Pre Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray 4 $1800

The color I believe is called cherry sunburst. Everything is functioning perfectly on this bass. Really excellent condition for its age and only has a few small chips in it.

Neck pocket is labeled 1-13-83 and the neck heel itself appears to only have some initials on it, in pencil. Comes with the original hardshell case which has been around the block and has some soiling and 2 busted latches but another latch closes just fine and the case stays closed and still has good structural integrity. I have the foam mutes for this as well, in the case.

Finally:
Spector Legend Classic 5 string $330 SOLD

Black cherry finish and EMG-hz pickups and preamp. Currently strung up with dadarrio half rounds. Pretty excellent condition. No dings or anything worth mentioning. Neck is fast and smooth and its really a great bass for the price. Comes with a foamcase (its rectangular like a hard case and plush on the inside but doesnt have rigid plastic on the outside) Very sturdy case though.

All prices include shipping CONUS

Not a comment, but a question. Does the Modulus have a truss rod?

the mod does not have a truss rod. I believe it was the last year before switching necks.

feel free to make an offer.

That '83 Ray is smokin'! If I didn't have my '83 I would be on yours in a NY minute.

My understanding is that the early MM sunburst bodies were alder as mine is. It's kinda tough to see from your photo but it looks like it has quite a bit of wood grain which may be ash.

thanks for the kind words. Im not sure what kind of wood it is but when i took the pickguard off, there is a really beautiful "stripe" sort of thing in the wood grain. Its really a beautiful bass and I havent seen anything but a vintage white or natural Pre EB ray on here in quite a while. Its actually quite painful to have to sell it.

I am as well. Both my basses for sale. Not sure what I'll get, but just one bass is enough.
