Here I have for sale another extremely rare beautiful specimen of Japan quality in bass building. Moon has been doing business since 1978 and still one of the top custom built guitar/bass brands in Japan.
34-inch scale, Ash body, 21-fret ebony on maple neck, Kent Armstrong pickups, Moon pre, I'm assuming 19mm spacing- seems fenderish size but can measure it if needed, wood binding, weighs 10lb on bathroom scale, and a Gotoh-made bridge and tuning pegs. Also has a brand new set of Thomastik-Infeld IN345 installed and complete set up done by my tech.
This retails for 375,000 yen (about $4600). Mine has a few bumps and bruises but is a high quality player. I don't have a Moon case but will ship in a nice Hamer hard case. Also, the large side dots are just stickers, it has normal size side dots underneath, just getting old and need to see them better
I'm selling for $1700 plus $75 for shipping to US (I will ship USPS express, costs about $125 but I'll cover anything over $75).
Will gladly ship internationally, PM or email me and we can figure out shipping details (I've shipped to a TBr in Israel before with no problems and am most likely shipping my Status and ESP to Russia soon).
And now to the pictures-

But seriously, that Moon is way better looking than any Metro I've seen. And cheaper.

Here's two pics of the spacing, can anyone tell if it's 18 or 19mm? Not sure where to check, one pic is at the saddle and one further back. I would think at the saddle but from center of string to string or between strings? I'm sure it's not 17mm like my Q5, but I think I don't have the measuring at the correct spot in the pics- |

| | | | Are those plain old soapbar humbuckers? If so, it wouldn't sound particularly like a J -- does it?
Or are they J type coils simply packaged in soapbar format?
For what it's worth, I read those tape measures as 18mm, center to center. |

Definitely 18mm (measure on top of the saddles center to center). You can also measure G-B ctc and divide by 4.
