FS mostly: Lakland JO5 3TB Beauty

This kind of breaks my heart to do, but I'm playing 4's more often... I need to sell my minty 2002 Lakland Joe Osborne 5 bass. Three tone burst with original pickups (Fralin's? I don't remember...)

Upgrades to the bass are: tort pickguard and a dual stack control plate. Plain and simple, this bass out-vibes any jazz bass for tone and feel.

Condition: 9+/10 - There may be a slight scratch or something, but I can't feel anything. I always wear my t-shirts outside, so there is little or no buckle rash.

Shipping: I'll ship this in a nice SKB hard shell case. The case alone is worth about $100. If you wish to pick up locally (Los Angeles area), you can choose between a case, bag, or neither for a negotiated discount.

Don't let this one get away - It took me a long time to get this baby, and I really want to see it get played more.

Price is $1050. Trade offers are accepted, but the list is limited...

Bump. This really is one of the nicest 5 strings I've ever played. To me personally, it has a better feel than the newer 55-60 Indonesian basses.

That's a good question... I have a Euro bathroom scale and it comes to 4.5 kilos. It's a good balance of solid yet light sitting on my shoulder.
