Just moved and now I have faced with many necessary home repairs and no gig prospects for some time to come. My need is your gain.

Up for sale is my beloved MTD 535, ordered direct from Mike Tobias. My name is even written in pencil under the control covers so he could keep track of parts for the build (erase them if you want LOL).

Bass is from ~2001-ish, I forget the exact date. The bass is #649. It is mahogany body, maple burl top, maple neck, ebony fingerboard. Light weight, don't have exact measurement but it is around 9 lbs. Original pickups and electronics, so this one is stock. Plays and sounds great, a bit more traditional than the tulipwood/wenge options. I've used it for pretty much everything, so very versatile in my opinion.

Asking $3000 shipped to the lower 48. It does include MTD hard case.
