HI !

I Have to sell my musicman Stingray5. I'm not quite sure about the years. Ill have to check but the bass is in real good condition . I'm up to trade. I would like to trade this bass for warwick, rickenbacker or precision basses ( + cash if it is a p-bass) !

The price I'm looking for is 1150 US and you have to pay for the shipping ( I'm in Canada ). I will be interest into local pick up as well if you're near montreal!

Ps: I don't have the hardcase
Here is some pictures:

I'm almost sure that bass is newer than 1991, because it has the flip out plastic battery holder. It appears to have an unfinished neck too, but I can't really tell from the photos. You should head over to the Ernie Ball forum with the serial number a get the correct manufacture date. Good luck with the sale.

According to Gav's site, the metal cover to plastic flip out transition was 1996, but your neck plate looks like a pre 1998, So I'd say your bass is late 1996 to late 1998. See: http://myweb.ecomplanet.com/TOWN8019...ompage0029.htm

Thanks king! The year that I wrote was the year that the person that I bought the bass from told me.
