Recent Purchase from Low End, but I just ran across a personal 'dream bass' so this must go before I fall in love. It is supremely playable - perhaps the most playable bass I have known. Build quality and tone are all well validated in many Carey Nordstrand appreciation posts, so I won't try - suffice it to say it is a sublime instrument. This build would run you at least $5K and take some time. I'm in for $3500 but can let it go for $2945 + actual shipping. Instrument is located in Lakeland, FL and will ship anywhere in the world buyer wishes to pay for. As far as trades - Preamps/Amps: Kern, Glockenklang, or other sexy preamp and we can do partial + $$$. Glock Poweramp or Bergantino Cab could work too. Other Basses: MTD USA, Jerzy Drozd, F-Bass, Sadowsky NYC, Fodera, other 5's and 6's in this vein. These are the pix from Low End, I'll shoot some more when it gets sunny down here... Best, Mike

If I'm not careful, I'm gonna talk myself out of selling mine!

I'd say it really is no different than the typical J-Bass in size... Set-neck is much easier to negotiate, of course. I have lowered the price once again... It is entering the screamingly low price range now... Partial trade for preamp is fine - see first post!
Best,
Mike
