Hi Guys,
I'm selling my Nordy VJ 5. It is in excellent condition, plays like a dream, and sounds fantastic. Pickups are "big splits" (or at least it Carey said it left the factory that way...). I bought it from forum member Chris L. early this year, and then sent it to Carey to replace the pick guard (it was originally black) and the preamp–it was changed from the original Audere to a Nordstrand two-band. I still have the original pick guard if you are Jonesing for that late-70s look, but I do not have the original preamp–it's probably still at the shop but I never asked about it. Comes with a tweed, G & G case that has a Fender label by the handle. Price, including shipping (Continental US only) and PayPal fees, is $2100. And please, no trades!!!
Thanks for looking!
Joe

What is the string spacing on this, 19mm?
Weight?

Very comfy, more so than the MTDs, Laklands, and Sadowskys I've owned. As for weight, I just bought a Berkeley digital fish scale for this purpose and forgot to post the weight! It's 9 pounds, 9 ounces.

And thanks, Adam! Nordys do rock, especially in your hands! |
