The bass currently has Thomastik Spirocore Weich strings installed. It will ship in a blue Undercover case with an endpin stand.

It has a "neck heel" installed which is placed in the "e-flat" position. It's attached with 3M foam adhesive and can be easily removed. More information from Bob Gollihur, here's the link: http://www.gollihurmusic.com/product...GN_BASSES.html

Here is how the controls lay out:

1. Volume
2. Blend
* counterclockwise - magnetic pickups
* clockwise - Polar pickup
3. Treble EQ
4. Bass EQ
5. Switch for Polar pickup:
* up - pizzicato (vertical vibration)
* center - both
* down position - arco (lateral vibration)

I recently purchased this bass from another TBer on this site, you are welcome to search for his thread. Circumstances have changed and I will not be needing this bass.

Low B or high C?

It's strung with a low B right now, but there is no reason it can't be converted the other way with a new set of strings..
