FS: One-month old Sadowsky Metro RV4

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi, y'all.
I'm selling my one-month-old Sadowsky Olympic White RV4 due to some recent GASing.

I purchased the bass brand-new on 7/19 from Bass Emporium in Austin (it literally arrived there that morning, and I took it home that afternoon - original receipt will be included). It is in perfect, like-new condition and I even have the new blue-label strings that were on it (I immediately replaced them with DR Sunbeams, but these can easily be changed back due to the quick-release bridge). All documentation, tools, etc. are included (even the Japanese newspapers used to pack the case in the outer shipping box!).

This bass cost $2100 new. I'm selling for $1775, which includes shipping via FedEx to CONUS. I can post pictures ASAP, or please visit sadowsky.com. This bass is, for all intent and purpose, a brand new instrument. It's Olympic white, with a tortoise-shell pickguard and morado fingerboard. According to my reasonably-accurate bathroom scale, this bass weighs 9 pounds. Also, for feedback references, please check my ebay feedback (dr.pabis). I've been a 100% positive ebayer since May of 1999!

Peace.

You need to post an asking price....... as per the TB rules. Or something you may want in trade.

Some pictures would be pretty sweet too.

Good Luck brohiem

Thanks, Mrdak. I've been on TB for a while, but this is my first classified listing. I revised my original posting.

May I ask what would cause this much GAS to give up a new bass? Just being nosey.

I'd really like to see photos of your RV-4 please.

Here are some pictures of the bass. I should also mention that the plastic is still on the pickguard and the control cover!

Why so soon? I just purchased an Elrick 5-string and have a Zon Vinny on order. Bottom line...my impulse purchase can be somebody's great deal.
