I've got to clear the way for a US L2500 I've just pulled the trigger on, so this one is - regrettably - the one to go first.
It's an Indonesian made G&L L2000 Tribute. I purchased it new in August 2008, and it has seen very little use. I'd call the condition excellent-to-mint (minor swirling only, no dings). It sounds better than a couple of US made L2000s I've owned. There are no perceptible dead spots on the neck and no noise in the electronics. The body also appears to be constructed from a single piece of ash, much unlike some of the Frankenstein-looking bodies I've seen on earlier models.
Soundwise, this is an L2000. It's a solid and resonant instrument. For the money, I can think of no better value.
UPDATE: The bass comes with the excellent G&L deluxe gigbag (mine's the solid black version), and all of the applicable case candy.
$400 shipped, no trades please. CONUS only.
