Both of these basses are in new unplayed condition. I bought both to resell for a profit but as I was just struck with major GAS for a limited edition Warwick I need some cash to pay for it. Selling these for no profit. Just trying to get back what I paid.
Growler was bought via Ebay as new old stock from a North Carolina music shop. I've played it less than 2hrs total. The factory strings were showing a little corrosion so I replaced them with black Rototsound Nexus strings. This bass is set up beautifully and plays like a dream. Believe it or not Gibson can make a really nice bass. I have not noticed any signs of use on this bass at all. Serious 10 of 10 condition. Corvette Std Honey Violin was bought from Amazon last summer. It is a 2009 model with the slimmed down neck profile. This one has been played less than 1 hour total. Any play time has just been for testing and tuning. Plays wonderfully. Also 10 of 10 condition. Includes Rockbag gigbag, Warwick starter kit(truss & bridge wrenches, instruction manual, and polishing cloth in a binder) and Warwick straploks. $700 shipped (SOLD). Both these basses are serious high quality instruments that are set up well. I only have two feed back through Talkbass but I have sold 30+ basses through Ebay in the last year with 100% positive feedback. I've actually sold 4 of these new Warwick Corvettes through Ebay each for $850 or more.
