FS Only: Brubaker JXB-5 Standard (Jazz 5er)

So after spending a few months with this awesome bass I've decided that it just isn't for me, haha. I think I just like 60s Jazzes more. The tone is HUGE! Thew bridge pickup has that growl that Brubakers do so well and the neck does the most accurate P sound I've ever heard from a jazz and together it's just a funky beast of of a bass! But, why take my word when I've got clips ? They are kinda sloppy but if this isn't gone in the next week or so I'll have a video anyway.

MODEL:: JXB-5 Standard
BODY:: Soft Maple
NECK:: Hard Maple
COLOR:: Red Satin finish
FINGERBOARD:: Bolivian Rosewood
PICKUPS:: Bartolini 9Js
PREAMP:: Bartolini HR-4.6A/P 3-band preamp switchable mids
SCALE:: 34 inch. 22 frets
CASE:: Hardcase included

Soundclips: Clip 1 Clip 2

Yes, that is Malcom Hall

Overall, I'd put it's condition at a 9.5/10 because even in the short time I've owned it, I managed to put a small sing in the headstock (which I'll have pics of very soon) . This bass can be at your doorstep for $2350 firm. The price is shipped in the CONUS but I'm willing to go international so long as the buyer is fine with paying the cost of shipping.

New trades added:

Ibanez SR-506 (ASH OR ALDER BODY ONLY)
Markbass LittleMark III
A nice acoustic guitar

Feel free to run other trades by me!

Sounds and looks good! Much like Brad's sixer which I tried and recorded at our last GTG! Very well made instruments!

Good luck with the sale!

Brubaker love bump!!!

If this were any other color I might be finding funds for this. But the trans red is too similar to my KXB-5. Plus, with an identical electronics and woods package, I don't think I'd find much of a sound difference to justify the purchase.

Anyway, hope she sells soon for you.

Somebody buy this ... you wont regret it! This will be your face after you play it the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and on and on and on . . .
