Ok so black friday came and I bought a really big TV that I really can't afford. In order to persuade the wife to let me buy this TV I promised her i'd sell one of my four stringers, given that I don't really need two right now. I love both these basses the same, they both sound and play totally awesome. Their both setup up for very low action so they will buzz f you play really hard (I don't). I would rate both of them a 9 to 9.5. Ok so here is the deal the moment one sells the other stays so i'm leaving this one up to fate.

2000 Warwick Corvette FNA Jazz Man LTD $1050 shipped in a gig bag
This bass was made for guitar center's 36th aniverssary. Only 200 were made and each store got one to two max. I have replaced the crappy MEC pups and pre with a Nordstrand MM 4.2 at the mussicman possition and a Nordstrand NJ4 at the neck possition. The preamp has been replaced and profesionally wired and it's Delano Sonar 3 band pre V/Bal/T/B.

Quick question..... when you say "Black Neck Finish" do you mean to say that the back of the neck is finished in gloss or satin black?

Gloss, I'm sure. It feels like a traditional finish not an oil. I'm not an expert and I'm not the original owner of the bass. Like I said I am open to cash offers.

Holy crap! great price on that Carvin! I had the passive version of that bass and it was a great bass. Fit and finish were tops. Tone was great. Still not sure why I let her go and in no position to move on this one. Good luck!

No comparison I had a geddy and it felt and sounded like a toy compared to this carvin. Trust me I wish I didn't have to sell it, and I also wish I could get more offers on the wick cause I sure as hell wouldn't mind keeping the carvin.
