Up for sale only is my Ernie Ball Music Man Sterling 4 Piezo unlined fretless (2002 model), with EBMM hardshell case and new D'Addario chrome flatwound strings.
The body is alder, white/cream color, and the fingerboard is morado. The photos below were taken with a bounce flash, but in natural light this bass is more of a cream color rather than white- you can see the difference next to my white shirt in the last photo below. It plays beautifully, very smoooooth, and the sound is rather addictive. It's hard to put it down. It nearly ruined a few friendships because of this.
With the 2 very different pickups, the parallel/series selector, and the 3-band EQ, this bass has a wide range of tones, and plenty of mwah, especially if you experiment plucking closer to the bridge and over the neck (see the last photo below- I'm playing a walking line on this bass at a live jam/show).
Here's a youtube video on how the piezo can be used on a fretted Sterling (that's not me or my bass in the video):

It also has Strap Loks installed. I think I might have an extra set of the strap end of Strap Loks- I'll look for them and if I find them I'll throw them in.
I've also attached a photo of the schematics for this instrument.
I bought this bass on TB about a year ago and played it exclusively until I got a Sadowsky... It has not been played since. The fingerboard is in excellent shape with no significant wear that I can see (always played it with flatwounds). The neck is straight, and the strings are set nice and low. It's VERY easy to play this bass for hours.
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRELY: This bass functions perfectly EXCEPT for one and only one minor issue that has been present since I bought this bass from another TB member: For only a few minutes after plugging in the patch cord, the pickup pan selector knob (to pan select between humbucker and piezo) makes some static when turned.
This static fades away in under 3 minutes after the patch cord is plugged into the instrument. I have performed many times with this bass and this issue has never been a problem, in fact I almost forgot about it. I took the bass to
Wolf Ginandes at Berklee today, and he said he thinks it might be a minor problem with one of the pots/pre-amp. He estimated that a fix would cost between $40-100. However, since it was never a problem for me, I am leaving it up to the buyer to decide whether or not to bother fixing.THEREFORE I have already price-reduced the bass accordingly, taking this "problem" into account.
The price is
$750 shipped+insurance via USPS to the USA only, OR, FOR LOCAL DEALS
$675 local pickup only (suburban Boston/Newton/Needham/Dedham/Wellesley area).
No trades, thank you. I'm in no rush to sell, so I'm going to hold firm on that price. Since these basses are about $2K new, I think this is a very fair price.
