Thread closed... I was listing these for a friend who is now handling it on his own. The Fbass is still available here:
F Bass BN5 Brownburst
FBass BN5
Ash body/Maple neck & fingerboard
Brownburst finish w/ matching headstock
Black hardware: Hipshot bridge, Gotoh tuners, Dunlop Straplok buttons
Built in late 2011 (George already had it completed at the shop during NAMM 2012, which is in January)
Includes FBass gig bag
Approx. weight is 9.5 lbs. (I will get an accurate weight if needed)
Condition: Very good with minor swirls in the clear coat from being gigged. 1 ding on the front of the headstock at the edge by the A string tuner.
Alleva-Coppolo LM5 Deluxe
GONE - TRADED
Northeastern Ash body w/ 1-piece Maple neck & fingerboard w/ blocks and binding
Candy Apple Red finish w/ matching headstock
3-ply white pickguard
Hipshot bridge and ultra-lite tuners w/ Dunlop Straplok buttons
Alleva-Coppolo homemade pickups and 2-band preamp
Protec Contego gig bag
Approx. weight is 10.5 lbs.
Condition is excellent, usual surface swirls in the clear coat. A black mark at the tip of the headstock that I believe will buff out.
There are 2 paint gouges at the tip of the upper horn - had a little mishap installing the strap button when it was new - screw got stripped. Bracelet on headstock will be removed prior to shipping. IMO, this is the ultimate 5-string 70's Jazz... And my favorite LM5 ever (I've played tons of them). Currently strung w/ Black Diamond strings 40-125 black coated nickels.
1978 Fender Jazz
GONE - TRADED
Natural Ash body/1-piece maple neck & fingerboard w/ blocks and binding
Black pickguard w/ thumbrest
Ashtray cover over bridge
Includes gig bag
Weight is approx. 12 lbs (pays you back in tone, though)
Condition: Body finish is WORN. This one has been played. Not a collector's item but a gig machine. The neck feels absolutely wonderful - nice, smooth & straight. Typical 70's oversized neck pocket but not the worst I've seen.
