FS Only: Fender Squier Pro-Tone Precision Bass
Plays perfect, there is one flaw on the back of the body. A crack in that is about 1.5 inches in length that could be fixed. I didn't bother since it can't be seen and didn't affect the sound.
Because of this crack and I am looking for a quick sale I am pricing this at $160 SHIPPED in the CONUS only. Paypal is fine.
Case in the pics is NOT INCLUDED. Will be very well wrapped and packaged but no case in included in this sale.
Hey there. Is that a J neck or P width?
These are something of a hybrid. More P at the body but J at the nut. Here are the official details from Squier/Fender.

Pic of the crack? Thanks!

Here are a bunch of pics. Strings are DR Black Beauties and might could use a change. What you see next to the crack is some duct tape that was used to cover it. I will remove the tape and clean the residue prior to shipping.
The crack I mentioned can be seen in the last photos. It is on the back and bottom of the bass. It is not visible at all from the front and someone who was savvy with some wood glue and clamps could easily repair it. Price is $160 shipped with no case.
I have played this bass for years and the crack is a non-issue in terms of sound and playability. One strip of black gorilla tape and you will never know it's there.
How deep does that crack run? Could "relic'ing" (sic) handle it?
I called it a crack. It's more like a splinter in the black plastic, or whatever that black substance is. The wood body seem to be unaffected.
A relic job could happen in my view.
Niners win bump
Would $155 shipped move this today?
