Purchased new last January, didn't log much time on her.

So sayeth MF:

"The Cirrus BXP 4-String Bass guitar will get you thumping at a price you won't believe. Peavey took their most sought-after professional basses with exotic woods and hi-tech features and made them more affordable just for you. The Cirrus BXP combines sought-after exotic woods and responsive active electronics with an attractive price tag. Neck-through-body design and construction, 2 custom VFL active pickups, and a 3-band active EQ deliver unmatched tone, sustain, and string clarity. You get full control over volume and tonality, with renowned Peavey Cirrus playability, comfort, and craftsmanship.

Peavey Cirrus BXP 4-String Bass Guitar Features:
  • 35" scale
  • Neck-through-body construction
  • 2 VFL active pickups
  • (18V) Active 3-band EQ with +/- 10dB boost/cut
  • satin gold hardware
  • String-through-finger style bridge
  • Pau ferro fingerboard
  • Dual expanding truss rod"

UPDATE: She weighs in at an incredible 7.6lbs! Nut width is 1.5". And string spacing at the bridge is approximately 19mm.

Comes with a beautiful leather strap and a pretty nice gig bag.

Asking for an extremely reasonable $375 SHIPPED (not bad considering MF sells these for $599 new). *SOLD*

I'll try to answer all ??'s to the best of my ability.

Pics speak for themselves:

7 1/2 lbs on my calibrated shipping scale at work. Actually, 7.6 lbs to be exact. How's that for accurate?

Nut width is 1.5"

String spacing at the bridge is approximately 19mm.
