For sale is a brand new Ibanez SR605. This is a really beautiful 5 string bass, with some powerful Bartolini pickups and preamp. Super fast, thin neck, and very lightweight. Full specs are at:
This bass was born in July. I bought it new in September. I picked this particular unit as the best of what they had. Warranty card hasn't even been filled out. Being the doofus I am, I got distracted with other projects and missed the return date to the retailer, so my loss is your gain. I couldn't quite get used to the string spacing after playing my Fender Jazz for so many years. The bass sells new for $650, plus the case for $130. Let's move this thing. Asking only $550 for both, with free shipping to CONUS. (Did I really just write $550?) That's almost $800 worth of gear for only $550.

Thanks! I'll take the luck. I totally agree that Ibanez are some great basses. The grain on this particular one is truly something to behold. I love the sounds and tones coming from the Barts.
