(You may have seen this bass on TB before--I'm re-listing it as a favor to my friend Ben because I have more experience selling instruments and have feedback on TB.)
The bass is roughly 10 years old, lovingly assembled by Pat Wilkins. If you're not familiar with his name, Pat has spent over 20 years doing finish work for Lakland, Sadowsky, Tom Anderson and others, and has established his own brand of custom basses and guitars which are highly-esteemed by many great players.
34" scale. Width at nut is 2.25", width at 12th fret is about 2.825". Basslines active soapbar pickups, Kahler bridge, fancy tuners. I'll try to find a scale but would guess the weight at about 10 lbs, not bad for a 6-er. Natural finish; Pat is known for using excellent wood and materials. Bass is in excellent shape with only a few small dings and scratches here and there--I'd grade it a conservative 8/10, more like 8.5 or even 9/10 perhaps. Includes fender-style case in good structural shape but one latch broken.
New cost on this bass would be about $3600. Yours for $1650 shipped or best offer.
