Up for sale again is a rare and mint condition Sadowsky NYC J-Bass 4-String AAAAA Quilt. It's has an amazing AAAAA quilt maple top and beautifully figured quartersawn maple fingerboard with an ash body. It also has VTC (vintage tone control) and Sodowsky hum canceling pickups. This bass is in like new condition.
It's a non-chambered body but not heavy at all (8.6 lbs), Roger used to get some real lightweight ash before supplies dried up. It also has the older style neck with a slightly thinner profile than the newer NYC's, many players many players look for this rare to find style.
Comes with a new set of Sadowsky blue steel strings on it (older strings are in these pics).
Sadowsky ultralight case is in great shape.
FYI - This bass was previously owned by Jason DeSalvo, partner at Fodera, who hand-picked this at Roger's shop and knows a good bass when he sees one. It is simply amazing. By far the best Sadowsky I've ever owned or played.
