FS ONLY - Spector Euro 4 - Doug Wimbush model

Sign in to disble this ad
FIRST - my apologies to Doug for spelling his name wrong in the title! :-)

As is the usual case, I've found something else I'd like to try, so something must go! Selling a virtually mint Spector Euro 4 -Doug Wimbish model. Comes with the Spector hsc.

I would call the bass 9.8/10 - ONLY because I'm not the original owner, I don't see any marks or wear on the bass. Heck, there aren't ANY fingernail marks below the G string! Even the headstock is clear of dings!

** Comes with factory-installed D-tuner!

I believe the Doug Wimbish model has a 1.5" nut width, which makes this a VERY easy bass to play. TONS of output, clear highs, ground-shaking lows. Balances with a strap and is light!

[i] SOLD! Thanks, Eric! I]

I can get more images, if needed. This is a BEAUTIFUL bass!

NOTE - anything you see that looks like a "boo-boo" in the photos is a reflection!

Spector

Another photo.
The area under the G string is just a reflection. There are NO fingernail scratches under the G string!

I'm in Cleveland, too.

Maaaan...just when I think one of these Spector Euros are within reach money-wise, something comes up.

Same thing happened with JPSBassist's.

Best of Luck in moving this one soon!

OOh no not a modulus bass....I spent $,2500 for a custom flea bass a few years ago. Best sounding slap bass around but the neck diffentely not user friendly and the weight was heavy as a bastard so I turned around and sold it for $1,200 a couple of months later in mint condition...you take a big hit on the resale of those modulus, they just dont hold their value.

Good luck!

73jbass - not looking for a trade - I'm trying to sell this to pick up a specific bass.

Jeff - there are more graphite-necked basses out there than Modulus basses (no, it's not a Modulus bass!)

...and Wednesday BUMP!

Thursday BUMP
If I didn't find another bass I've been looking for, for a long time - this wouldn't be listed here.
Any offers????

I'd like to make an offer, but I can't until I sell some of my superfluous gear. Cash sales are hard to find these days.
