This is a great bass and in superb condition, but i just need the funds more than i need this bass. Will still consider trades that net me some cash.

Here's the details:
Essentially, the transitional/precursor to the NS-5H2-EX (these sell for ~$2600 new!)
black stained mahogany body w/quilted maple top
3 piece graphite reinforced rock maple neck, pau ferro board
EMG TW pickups w/Aguilar OBP-3 preamp
-Vol, Vol (both with pull for coil tap), Mid (pull for diff freq), Bass/Treble stack
hipshot usa tuners
spacing @ bridge ~17mm
weight ~9.5 lbs

Comes with a Spector hard case. It's got schaller strap buttons, but i don't have any attachments for your strap.

Price: $1500 shipped
Trades: Send me your offers...

Pardon the dark pics...some from early daytime near the bottom.

Hey happyface, is it a curved body? I see the tummy cut on the back, makes me think it could be flat?

yep, it is curved slightly in addition to the tummy cut. it's not as obvious as my warwick streamers have been, but this is the first spector i've had, so i can't compare to other spectors.

This one of the newer Spector USA Bolt-Ons. It has a modified NS-Body. They are not as dramatically curved as the USA Neck-Thru models or any of the true NS-Bodied Euro Models.

i.e. The ReBop (Euro Bolt-Ons) are shaped from Stuart's original Bolt-On designs from the early 1980's. These are new. So a Euro Bolt-On model will be more curved than the USA Bolt-Ons.

I hope this helps you.

And just to be clear... not trying to start any Spector vs. Warwick stuff. The first WW Streamers were pretty much direct copies of the original NS-1 and NS-2 models. The newer WW Streamers have changed (to avoid further litigation) and are now... different than Spector NS-Bodied guitars.
