These are great basses, just do a search on TB. Many say they rival MIM and some MIA Fenders for tone.


Orignal Seymour Duncan designed pickups (best part of this bass).
Other than swirl marks on pickguard (this has been my #1 Jazz bass for more than a year), no noticeable dings.

Shipped in Hoener soft-sided zip-up hard case, which is well used but very serviceable (this bass does not normally come with a case or gig bag).

Not interested in any trades for this one. Its a source of funds only.

Change of plans. Had local buyer that wanted bass in original condition, with all original parts re-installed. Then buyer got cold feet. So the VM Jazz is now "modified" in name only. Will list blackout parts separately (unless buyer wants them in a package deal), as follows

Fender Squier Vintage Modified Jazz bass (only): $180
Fender Squire Vintage Modified Jazz bass with soft-shell hard case pictured: $200
Blackout garb, which includes: Black Gotoh Jazz bridge, Black control plate, and black knobs (retail price $80) sold separately for $40, uninstalled
