I've owned just about every color of these babies, and this is this is the rarest of them all - beautiful transparent green! Bass is about as perfect as you will find these days - just minor swirls and such that won't really show up with the camera. Includes OHSC also in excellent condition. Pickups are Seymour Duncan SJB-2 Hot's which really balance the overall tone of these instruments. I'll put the original Dunlop strap buttons back on unless you want the Schallers.

Bump for a super quality bass. I've owned 14 Hamer 2nd Gen 2tek CB 4 and 5 string basses and they will perform just as well as any boutique bass.

Absolutely love the transparent emerald green finish. I have owned two Hamer 2tek CB basses with this finish; real sweet, with a hint of wood grain showing through.

Would be all over this bass if it had a Sea Foam Green finsh (THE RAREST of all Hamer 2nd gen 2tek CB bass finishes...I've only seen two, one 4 string 2tek and one 4 string with a gotch bridge)...who knows, might put up my butterscotch blond 4 str 2tek CB for sale to pick this one up.. ;) Not selling my natural satin finish 5 str 2tek CB...that one is going to the grave with me...

Hey mbluto, I bought your 5-er in this color from you a couple years ago. Still have it and love it. I agree; as good as anything I've played. I'm tempted to buy it's 4-string twin here!

I'm glad you still have that bass... absolutely killed me to sell it, but I needed to pay for upgrades to my 5str 2tek (aero pups/audere 3zb preamp) along with a couple of odds and ends for the house (joy of home ownership...lol)

I swear by these basses for the past 15 years... always got the job done, with fantastic tone and playability... have been my workhorse basses for a long time.. This bass will make anyone happy! Buy it... GAS is calling!
