FS: Peavey B Quad

Selling my beloved B Quad. It just isn't going to work with my current band situations. It is in excellent, near-mint shape, new strings, OHSC, etc. Asking $1150.00 including conus shipping. Here is the TB thread where I bought this back in April.
FS/FT: Peavey B Quad 4 - immaculate, teal blue

Not really looking for trades since I just bought 2 other basses and a cab recently. However, hit me up, you never know...

Bump for an amazing bass. I'd love to pick up another and have it converted fretless.

Best of luck with the sale.

A truly awesome playing and sounding bass. If you haven't tried a graphite neck, it plays fast and smooth. The neck is thinner like a jazz more than say a P neck.

It's as good as any other boutique bass around.

Bummer, Geoff! I'm really sorry to hear it isn't working for you.

Free bump from the previous owner for an excellent TB'er and an AWESOME bass. I think that BQuad is the nicest playing 4-string I've ever held in my hands. Even my bass teacher (used to play with Roberta Flack, Herbie Hancock and numerous others) was extrememly impressed with it.

Stu, Yeah the bandleader of the Hendrix band is insisting on a sunburst jazz. If I can't sell it or trade it, I will just keep it. I don't need the money, I just don't like not using equipment that others will take advantage of. So no pressure for me.

Bought mine new in 1996 and haven't bought another fretted bass since. These are THE SHIZZ! Good luck with your sale bro.

Besides B Quads being harder to find, this one is in stellar condition. It's doubtful there are too many out there in this good of condition.

Geoff, man, I understand about not wanting to have it just sitting around, but some basses are too good and too hard to replace to let go. For me, anyway. You may not be using it now, but there will be other bands.

No band lasts forever. Except the Stones.

Stu, you are probably right. I've never played a better bass. We'll see what happens.

Killer basses! Got mine in '94 or '95... can't remember specifically. Still have it sitting in my bedroom. Finances may force me to sell it soon, but I'm holding onto it as long as I can! I had a 5 fretless for a couple years and it was incredible too. This bass makes me wish I still played 4 string basses. Bump for a great deal!

It's still available. Lots of tire kickers, but no buyer yet.
