FS: Peavey Cirrus USA 4-strings Claro Walnut top

Sign in to disble this ad
SOLD

Hi all,

I'm selling my 4-strings Peavey Cirrus USA. Bought it new in 2005. Here's the spec:

Claro Walnut body
Neck-thru
Pau Ferro (Morado) fretboard
Matching Claro Walnut headstock
35" scale length
24 frets
1.65 nut width
12" fretboard radius
3-band EQ with 10dB cut/boost
Gold hardware

Excellent condition. This bass has been in the case for the past 2 years since I got my first 5er, a BN5. The only blemish is one small nick at the back near the horn which is barely visible with naked eye anyway (see last pic). I recently purchased a Ken Smith BSR5. So I need to move this.

This bass plays like butter, on par with the BSR5 that I just got. Action can be set very low (current setup). This bass has a tone that resembles the 'Ken Smith' tone. Although, I think the Cirrus sounds fatter than my BSR5.

Asking for $750 shipped to continental US. HS Case included.

Wow

That bass is really beautiful. The matching headstock is especially nice.
