Nice condition, plays nice, sounds nice. Hard case included.
Not perfect but not bad either. Wouldn't sell but I could use some cash and I haven't played a 5 string for quite a while now.

I'll have to bring my camera from work and take some pics and update the post but it is in well used/not abused condition. There are a few smallish scratches dings and the finish looks slightly worn all over. The truss rod works well and is adjusted for the medium low action I prefer and plays on all frets without buzz. The fret ends look like they've all lifted a little bit on the G side but I don't think it's possible that they could have moved and still play as well as they do. I suspect Peavey must have installed them that way although the ends have been dressed so there's no telling. I hasn't changed since I've owned it.
