I got one from a friend as a gift a few years back and have yet to see another one in person and only a few times on the internet. No one at any of the music stores around me, or any of the other guys I've played with had ever heard of it. This is a great sounding/playing USA made bass. A quality instrument at a great price. If it were the 5 string AX version I'd be buying in a heartbeat. |

I've always found these to be more on the Sadowsky family of sound.. think of it as a highfi P with a larger sonic footprint (if you were geeky enough to put it on an osilliscope).
They're not all the way to the Millenium spectrum of hifi.. more of a useable pop/modern country/rock gig type sound.

| | | | 5ver I have it's 5 string big brother which unfortuneately came with a stripped out truss nut. My brief use opinion echoes MNairhead's expert opinion. Sounded like a good one for rock/blues country and would cut through the mix.
Sure hope my tech can save it. |

| | | | I'm looking for a bass i can use with flatwounds that will work for the more mellow, laid back, altar call type songs. MNAirhead or anyone else with the knowledge, would this work for that? If so, I'm on it!!!
