Just got this bass in and can say without a doubt this bass was everything that I hoped it would be. If you want classic P tone, this is it. The bass also has a very "weathered" look. Which I dig quite a bit.
I'm considering selling it though, because the neck is way thinner than my other basses. Think Geddy Lee J neck thin.
If you're wanting a P bass but don't want that chunky neck they are always associated with, this is your bass. I'm putting this up to see if there's any interest.
The bass has wear on it. The body and the neck. The neck feels so freakin good and worn in. This is what Fender was going after in their road worn series. All in all a great bass with solid thump. Twist the tone knob and she'll cut through no problem.
The bass now has gold metal knobs rather than the speed knobs shown in the pic.
