This is the American made version of the bass not the cheaper BXP version that they are selling now.
The bass features an alder body finished in a cream white finish. I say cream white because its sort of transparent and you can see the wood through the finish. The bass has a maple neck with a Pau Ferro fingerboard. The grain on the fingerboard is unreal! It has a hipshot bridge and hipshot style tuners. The bass has two single coil pickups with an active preamp.
Thank jazz bass on steroids! This blows every jazz i've owned out of the water soundwise.
The quality of this bass is unreal. There are no big dings or scratches, it is in great shape! The plastic is still on the battery/back cover. I would be keeping this one if it was a 5 string bass!
