I think this is a 2002 Millenium 4 USA made. Black sparkle, J and MM pups. 3 band eq with mid sweep. This one is not getting played so i need to move it. Ships with gig bag. Body is in pretty good shape. Neck is straight...no fretbuzz

thanks for the info and bumpage. these basses are way under rated. the EQ is amazing !!! and the mid sweep puts it over the top. this is a very versatile bass.
