I already have two T-40's which I'm keeping. This is the ubiquitous natural finish with maple fingerboard.
I bought this on eBay, and a previous owner decided at some point to chisel out a compartment in the back for a battery and added a preamp. No routing was done under the pickguard, and the battery slot is by no means professional. On a positive note, the cover they made out of pickguard material is flush with the back of the bass.
The electronics were put back to stock. This is a great player, some finish dings and scratches, but nothing major. Not too heavy for a T-40, either. I'll look up the serial number when I have the bass close by.    
I'd like $350 plus shipping for this one. As always, make me an offer and check out my other threads. I'm interested in very limited trades.
