FS - Peavey T45 Sunburst/maple - $295

I'll be releasing the attached T-45 from my stable of 60+ in the next week or so.

I've owned over 30 T Series basses. Quite sincerely I don't get why folks don't prefer the T45s over T40s

•10.8 pounds
•Sunburst
•Single Blade T40 pickup
•Good Frets
•3 knobs
•All factory Harware Present
•minor gig knicks
•no buckle or knuckle rash
•I can buy a Contour case for you for an additional $60
•Setup to your specifications (feel free to send your strings)

Reason I'm not doing one of my traditional Long Winded 80 photo listings is 80% of my basses go to repeat buyers.

IF serious and interested, please PM me with your email address and telephone number.

Setup --- Please note -- I will not ship until speaking with you on the phone. I then set it up to your specifications.

Thank you.

Looks as if someone rested it against amps.

I got it this way - finish dings.

When band mates chuckle at how I keep mine in an anvil 100% of the not in my hands time, this is why.

I agree T-45's blow away T-40's. I have this exact bass with a Dark Star and it is a fabulous bass. Oh and it's less than half the price of a vintage US instrument. Value, neck feel, looks, finish, sound. Peaveys have it all.

T45s sound nicer.. look classier.. and feel better than any T40 I've owned (about 20 of each of them).

The t-45 has the pickup right in that sweet spot.
It's beefy without the midrange honk of a P.
Each of the two coils runs to it's own tone pot one does lo cut and one does a hi cut.
They both then run into the single volume pot.
Please buy this bass so I don't have to.

That's tough for me to give a straight answer as I've owned 50-60 fenders.. the sound was never consistent on any of them.

A T45 sounds like a brigher option and more ariticulate than a T40..
