SOLD PayPal shipped CONUSA takes home a very sharp Peavey USA Millennium 4. I'm not sure what the official name is for the color, but it appears to be a purpleish-blue metallic and has a nice maple board.
This is a Millennium 4 standard so it has an alder body, a 35" scale 21 fret, 1 9/16" nut, graphite reinforced eastern maple neck with a satin finish. The frets are in excellent condition. It has 19mm (.750") bridge string spacing
The 18V electronics include internally active J/MM pickup configuration and a 3 band active eq with mid-frequency sweep.
This is a really sharp looking bass but it has a few small flaws that keep it from being pristine. You have to look pretty hard to find them.
The front of the bass looks really fantastic, but there are a two extremely shallow creases in the paint on the forearm contour. They don't break the paint and they are so shallow that you can only see them when the light hits them just right. The most noteworthy flaw is a 1/8" diameter chip on the backside radius of the upper bout where the belly contour blends. On the back-side radius of lower bout near the input jack there is also a tiny ding. There are a few other extremely small paint flaws that have probably been there since the day it was made. There is no belt buckle rash/worming on the back side of the bass.
The neck is in great shape as well. There is an extremely shallow worm along the mid-line of the thumb surface at about the 11th fret. The headstock has a few small nicks along the backside edge.
Overall, this is a beautiful bass, and at first glance it almost passes for new. The plastic film is still on the control covers. It's also a sweet, and somewhat unique color combo. The few flaws are small and well camouflaged.
