Free bump. I just bought one of these last week; killer, aggresive tone. I love slapping the sh1t out of it with neck pickup/tone mostly rolled off. Then add the J pickup, bring the tone back and your fingers cut like a knife. Playability and tone are astounding for the price, even if it were $700. Intonation is dead on. I'd take this over a passive Fender PJ for twice the price anyday. I love this bass; super solid too. Great price, someone should pick this up. I don't think I'll ever sell mine.
Forget it's a Peavey. These basses are amazing for the price.

if this is the bass I'm thinking of, I remember watching a video of Dave Ellefson playing one of these (he might be an endorser, that would explain the DE), and man, did that thing have tone! was really growly, punchy, agressive, everything I'd want in a PJ.

this will make a cracking bass for someone! if I lived over in the US I'd pay twice as much for it! have a bump on me
