Details: Neck-through construction. Figured Maple, Purpleheart and Mahogany neck. Figured Purpleheart fretboard. Fanned-fret (multi-scale) 35 in. low x 29 in. high. Ultra-light tuning machines. Ebony nut.
The solid body is slightly thicker than standard and comprised of exhibition-quality Quilted Maple, Mahogany, Purpleheart, Mahogany, Quilted Maple back.
Custom Villex pick-up with Villex passive controls. Volume, 2xrotary Mid Booster (lo-hi), 4-position rotary mid selector. Incredible tone control...a passive system that acts/sounds like an active.
Currently tuned low F#,B, E, A, D, G, C, F, Bb, Eb (.145/.125/.100/.080/.065/.045/.032/.022/.015P/.011P). Spacing at nut ~8.5mm; ~18mm at bridge. Weighs about 12-lbs.
Comes with flite case, stand, strap. This would cost you $4000+ to have made. This has never been out or seen a gig, no smoke and I take care of my instruments.
Wears well for traditional style playing or can be worn more vertically for tapping. $2500.00 OBO
