This is one of Ray's earlier models which are not made anymore and are quite rare on the marketplace. This bass has an alder body with with a figured maple top and a mahogany laminate between the body and top. 34" maple / rosewood neck with M.O.P. dots and a figured maple cap on the headstock. There is a neck repair which is a very solid fix and it takes nothing away from the playability of this bass. 18mm spacing, not sure of the pickups as they are encased in maple covers but the pre is the 3 band Hazlab with a mid switch and a kill switch. Ships in a gig bag.

That top is even better looking in person - and the neck repair looks natural in person, and I didn't even feel it. When I saw that, I was wondering if they did that on purpose when they built it, just to look cool.
