FS: Rare Custom Shop Mockingbird (block inlays, active, etc) MUST SEE!

I'm gonna use Quadzilla's description (purchased from him in Feb 2011) since I don't think I can say it any better.

"Fernades Custom Shop trans-green acrylic Mockingbird. Has awesome inlays, EMG active pickups. It's not as heavy as most acrylic basses. This one just under 11 lbs.

From what little I can find out about it, this was made in the Fernandes Custom Shop in Japan. It's a one of a kind from what I'm told. Not another one like it out there (please let me know if my sources are incorrect). It was custom ordered from a Fernades dealer in Tokyo.

Craftsmanship is second to none. Neck pocket and all joints are TIGHT. All routes and holes are very precise. 3-piece maple neck, awesome fretwork, rolled edges on board, etc.

It's built like a boutique. Great time and care was taken when creating this baby. The factory case is custom molded to the shape of the body and the case is the original case (has Fernandes logo on it)."

The bass has a very nice 3 piece maple neck with a quartersawn middle section. Very very nice. Brass nut and aggressive rock tone for days. This bass is not a gimick, I've gigged with it twice and the tone rivals my Hazlab Spector.

As far as imperfections, the clear plastic volume knob (the only knob) has a little chip in it. This type of knob can be purchased online for a couple of bucks, the one on it functions perfectly. The bass is near mint, but has a couple of swirls in the acrylic if you get up close, the neck has a small little impression that I tried to photograph, but you can hardly feel it.

Its hard to price this, so I'm going to bass it off of what I have in it in trade value and not taking a loss. 1200 shipped. Trades may be considered but I'm looking at a new acoustic guitar now(particularly interested in a 000 or OM bodied Martin acoustic or similar +/- cash), and I want to keep this in the domestic US. International must be to a confirmed paypal address and you must have history and positive feedback here.
