I got this bass a few years ago. I love the bass, but I'm finding out I'm more of a J bass kinda guy.
I talked to Mr. Phillips himself, and he mentioned that he was trying to make a poor man's Fodera. I've never played a Fodera, but I can tell you this is a nice bass.

The bass is nearly flawless, and built EXTREMELY well. Better then any other import bass I've ever seen.
