FS: Rare USA 2001 Lakland Bob Glaub (44-64) BG02
Price reduced to move this along. I'm parting with this instrument to help fund another.
2001 USA Bob Glaub - Serial #2. (BG02) Perhaps, Bob Glaub has number 1. Mint condition, and played only in the residence. Non-smoking, pet free home.
Low action. Unusually smooth tuning keys.
And, of the three Lakland basses I have owned (USA Duck Dunn and USA Joe Osborn), the neck on this bass is the thinnest, both front to back, and width. This bass will bring the thunder.
I have installed a Tonestyler pot. These are quite versatile. The original 250K pot and the green .05 Mica capacitor (chick-let) will be included. An extra white pearl pickguard (Roger at Jeannie), a white parchment guard, and a mint green guard (original) included.
White Lakland case (also mint/new condition). The original G&G brown case was replaced with this one and its long gone.
Extremely well cared for... Every string change saw gentle 'orange oil' fretboard cleaning, with treatment afterward using Howard's 'Feed 'N Wax'.
Present strings are R Cocco Nickel .045, .065, .080, .100.
No fret wear.

Photos taken in poor light....
GREAT looking bass....
Thanks for the kind words folks!
Of all the basses I've played over the years, a fretless Wal, and a USA Glaub have blown me away the most..........if I had money or could somehow justify I'd be on this so fast!! Very nice looking instrument you have............."bump"
Thank you! Ah, the Wal. For years, I salivated over the old Pro IIE. I have never played one.
As the owner of a 2002 USA Glaub with the jazz neck, can't say enough about the quality of this model. GLWTS.
Priced reduced to move along prior to Ebay listing.
Still have it?
Do you still have the bass for sale?
SOLD....thank you everyone. Thank you, Chris.
